What can Flo do for my business?
Tell Flo what you sell. Your agent helps set up the store, generate product images, run ads, analyse and optimise campaign performance, and turn leads on WhatsApp and Instagram into sales conversations.
Can I still manage the store myself?
Yes. Your templates, product catalogue, orders, payments and delivery settings are still there. Use the mobile app to make changes and manage your business alongside Flo.
Do I need a website, a developer or a laptop?
No. You set up the store, add products, take orders and change the design from the Florix app on your phone.
What do I need to start?
A name for your shop and the web address you want. A product needs a name, a price and a photo, and you can take the photo with your phone's camera.
How do buyers pay me?
Through Razorpay, connected to your own account. Buyers pay by UPI, RuPay, cards, net banking, wallets or EMI, and the money goes straight to you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets yourname.florix.store free. You can connect a domain you already own, or buy one inside Florix. We set up SSL for you.
Can I change my florix.store address later?
No. The florix.store address is the one thing you can't change, so pick it carefully. You can add a custom domain at any time.
Does it handle GST and delivery?
Yes. Pick your GST slab (5, 12, 18 or 28%) and Florix splits CGST, SGST and IGST by where the buyer is. You set delivery charges by state: a flat rate, free delivery, or pickup.
How does WhatsApp fit in?
Buyers get WhatsApp messages when their order is confirmed and when it ships. Florix asks cash-on-delivery buyers to confirm, and reminds people who left their cart. It runs on the same automations Florix already uses for WhatsApp and Instagram.
I already sell on WooCommerce or Shopify.
Florix already connects to both for WhatsApp and Instagram automations. To move your products into a Florix store, import a WooCommerce CSV export of up to 5,000 rows, including product variations.
